We've been serving Brevard County for over 20 years and we take pride in being high-end and providing excellent installation in a timely manner. Our in-house licensed contractor has over 30+ years of experience in new construction and remodeling. We specialize in kitchen and bath remodels, and offer high-quality cabinetry and countertop brands to choose from. Our sister company, CBCI Custom Built Contracting, allows us to offer any kind of construction services. We manage the entire project within one firm, saving our customers time and money, while providing peace of mind.

Roger Shover
President
Roger is a seasoned professional with over 30+ years of experience as a licensed General Contractor. His journey began in 1991 when he established Shover Construction in Carlisle, PA.
In 2004, Roger relocated his family to Brevard County and established Custom Built Contracting, Inc (CBCI) while taking over Cabinets Plus & Design as a sister company. Here, he continued his legacy by crafting new homes, overseeing remodeling projects, and adding thoughtful residential expansions throughout the Brevard area.
Roger's undeniable dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of his work. He personally likes a hands-on approach, engaging from the project's inception through design, fabrication, implementation, and until its ultimate completion. Under Roger's guidance, his daughter Ashley has grown into a proficient industry expert, infusing her own creativity and expertise into their collaborative efforts.
